A key part of our role was guiding them through the complex airport approvals and permit process.

In helping design their operations at Melbourne Airport, we were able to provide the benefit of our experience in dealing with the various airport authorities and obtain all the necessary permits for their warehousing facilities.

Designing their cereal manufacturing plant required precise engineering detailing to enable error-free processing, packing and distribution.

and the need for a high degree of functionality in terms of people flow and accommodation.

Kinglake Live-in Rehabilitation Centre:

The development of this 77-room live-in rehabilitation centre was hampered by limited services to and from the site. We successfully addressed the issues and completed the project, including the planning and design of associated water and sewerage treatment plants, dams and roads.

Avant-Garde Childcare Centre and Medical Suites:

This project on a small site called for a two-storey building to house a 150-capacity childcare centre and five medical suites, plus outside play areas and adequate car parking. We achieved our client’s aims through proficient arrangement of the building areas and space-saving innovations such as car stackers.
