Managing Director, Structural Engineer

A qualified civil engineer, Stavros joined the firm in 1995 and has since delivered a great variety of structural and civil projects throughout Australia. Clients benefit from his expertise and welcome the proactive and professional manner in which he sees each project through to completion.

Stavros is a member of The Institution of Engineers Australia and a registered building practitioner (Victoria) in the areas of civil engineering, drafting services (building design and architectural) and commercial construction (low-rise).

Stavros Rekaris:

Managing Director, Structural Engineer

A qualified civil engineer, Stavros joined the firm in 1995 and has since delivered a great variety of structural and civil projects throughout Australia. Clients benefit from his expertise and welcome the proactive and professional manner in which he sees each project through to completion.

Stavros is a member of The Institution of Engineers Australia and a registered building practitioner (Victoria) in the areas of civil engineering, drafting services (building design and architectural) and commercial construction (low-rise).

Henry Rekaris:

Director, Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Henry founded the firm in 1976 while also running a construction company working on quality commercial and industrial buildings. A qualified mechanical and electrical engineer, his insight and extensive experience are invaluable to our team and our clients.

Henry is a member of The Institution of Engineers Australia; a registered building practitioner in electrical and mechanical engineering, drafting services and commercial construction; a certified practicing engineer; a registered building designer in Tasmania; and he holds a Queensland BSA hydraulic designers licence.

Kate Rekaris:

General Manager

With a background in corporate product management and team leadership, Kate has shaped the way we run our practice. Her focus is on ensuring that we provide our clients with personalised services that are tailored to their needs and produce measurable benefits.

Kate has created a culture within the firm that is purposeful and positive and this is reflected both in the high standard of our work and in the collaborative relationships we develop with our clients.

Barry O’Donohue:

Senior Structural Engineer

Barry has more than forty years experience in structural engineering and is our lead structural designer on residential, commercial and industrial projects, many of which present complex engineering challenges. Barry’s positive and pragmatic approach, backed by his considerable practical knowledge, has delivered successful and cost-efficient solutions for our clients.

Barry has a Diploma of Civil Engineering and is a registered building practitioner (Victoria) in the area of structural engineering.
